About Ben
Ben Jamison focuses his practice on corporate transactions, representing both for-profit and non-profit health care organizations in a broad range of transactions and corporate governance matters. He advises hospitals, health systems, physician groups and other health care providers on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other arrangements designed to support growth and operational efficiency.
In connection with his M&A practice, Ben counsels clients on transaction strategy, corporate governance considerations and risk allocation, including the use of representations and warranties insurance. He also helps clients navigate key regulatory and structural issues that frequently arise in health care transactions, including corporate practice of medicine requirements and health care regulatory compliance. By combining practical business insight with an understanding of the regulatory environment, Ben works with clients to structure transactions that align with their objectives while addressing legal and operational risks.
Before joining Hall Render, Ben worked on energy and infrastructure deals for public companies and private equity clients at an AM 50 law firm.
