About Blake
Blake Koletar is a health care regulatory attorney who advises hospitals, health systems and other health care providers on the regulatory, employment and contracting issues that arise in their daily operations.
He draws on prior in-house experience at a nonprofit health data company, where he advised on privacy compliance and employment matters, to offer practical guidance grounded in how organizations actually operate.
Blake’s practice includes:
- Advising on health care fraud and abuse compliance;
- Navigating HIPAA privacy and security requirements;
- Addressing price transparency and surprise billing rules; and
- Supporting employment and contracting matters for provider organizations.
Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time in the mountains, playing guitar and cheering on the Oregon Ducks.
