About Caulin
Caulin McGraw focuses her practice in the area of supply chain procurement and operations, with a particular emphasis on the intersection of these functions and health care regulatory compliance. She serves as a trusted advisor to her clients, which include hospitals, health systems, manufacturers, distributors and third-party service providers, assisting them in all aspects of the supply chain, from strategic sourcing and vendor contracting to distribution and group purchasing organization relationships.
Drawing on her background in fraud and abuse, Caulin advises on the regulatory considerations that impact supply chain strategies, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law and other applicable laws. She helps clients develop approaches that mitigate risk, maintain compliance and support their broader operational and strategic goals. Caulin assists with negotiating supply chain agreements, including those related to purchasing, distribution, outsourcing, management services and procurement with and for device companies, manufacturers and service providers.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her Australian Shepherds, Fitz and Cleo.
