About Connor
Connor Reed is a health care regulatory and transactions attorney who advises hospitals, health systems and physician organizations on the compliance and contracting issues that come up in their day-to-day operations.
Drawing on prior experience as a consultant in Washington, D.C., he takes a practical, business-focused approach to complex compliance questions.
Connor's practice includes:
- Advising on Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law compliance;
- Navigating federal and state licensure requirements;
- Drafting and negotiating physician and professional services agreements; and
- Reviewing vendor and business associate agreements.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking.
