About Hannah
Based in Hall Render’s Indianapolis office, Hannah Clarke focuses her practice in the area of antitrust law. In an ever-changing antitrust environment, Hannah counsels health systems and hospitals on the antitrust requirements of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, helping them to remain compliant with federal and state antitrust laws. Additionally, she advises clients on the day-to-day antitrust compliance issues and supports clients with the premerger reporting requirements of the Hart-Scott-Rodino ("HSR") Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Hannah worked as a clinical research coordinator and at a biotech startup company.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys running, playing golf and spending time with her dog, Tim Riggins.
