About James

Based in Hall Render's Indianapolis office, James Kiai focuses his practice in the area of health care law. With a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of working with health care clients, James works with hospitals, health systems and other providers to be versatile and forward-thinking while remaining compliant with the myriad of regulations of the health care industry. Staying abreast of industry updates, he assists clients with matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and managed care while developing proactive programs to identify and minimize areas of risk. James is dedicated to providing practical solutions to complex legal and business-related problems.

Outside of work, James enjoys cheering on the Purdue Boilermakers, golfing and traveling.
