About Jennifer

Jennifer has dedicated her career to advising and working alongside clients nationwide in health care law with a focus on physician group practices, physician-owned hospitals, hospital-physician transactions, mergers and acquisitions from both buyer and seller sides, fraud and abuse and ambulatory surgery center start-ups and joint ventures. Calling upon her extensive time as Chief Legal Officer for a large, multi-specialty physician practice, Jennifer advises hospitals and physician-owned entities related to physician contracting and alignment.

Jennifer is a member of the American Health Law Association and Executive Women in Healthcare. She is also active on the Board of Directors for Whitewater Valley Pro Bono Commission and is involved in local mission work through her church. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, boating and spending quality time with her husband, children and large extended family.
