About Jonathan
Jon Tarro is a health care attorney who helps hospitals and health systems navigate supply chain operations and regulatory challenges while supporting compliant, efficient telemedicine programs.
Combining a background in business management and frontline health care experience, Jon brings a practical, operations-focused perspective to his work. He partners closely with providers to evaluate and strengthen supply chain processes, negotiate key vendor relationships and address regulatory considerations that impact day-to-day operations. Jon is particularly focused on helping clients ensure their supply chain functions effectively from both a strategic and compliance standpoint.
Jon’s practice includes:
- Advising hospitals and health systems on supply chain efficiency, process improvement and strategic analysis;
- Negotiating and counseling on large-scale purchase agreements for medical equipment and supplies;
- Counseling on regulatory issues impacting supply chain operations;
- Advising on telemedicine licensure, cross-jurisdictional compliance and corporate practice of medicine considerations; and
- Supporting general IT contracting, including website terms and conditions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jon served as an Emergency Medical Technician and volunteer firefighter.
