About Jonathon
Jon Rabin is a health care commercial and employment litigation attorney who advises hospitals, health systems and other employers on managing disputes and employment‑related risk.
He represents clients in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies and in arbitration, and regularly counsels employers on personnel decisions and strategies to avoid or resolve litigation. Jon works closely with leadership and in‑house counsel to deliver practical, actionable guidance in high‑stakes matters.
Jon’s practice includes:
- Defending health care organizations in commercial and employment litigation;
- Advising employers on day‑to‑day employment and human resources matters;
- Handling wage‑and‑hour class and collective actions; and
- Representing clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies and in arbitration.
Jon focuses his practice on helping clients navigate employment disputes and complex health care business litigation with an emphasis on efficiency, risk mitigation and defensible outcomes. When away from the office, Jon is probably working with his youngest daughter on crafts or otherwise doing what she tells him to do.
