About Kaitlin
Kaitlin Nucci focuses her practice in reimbursement and compliance. With an eye towards optimizing payment, Kaitlin provides counsel to her clients to ensure that they comply with the ever-changing rules within both government-sponsored and private health care plans. Her practice also consists of representing providers in compliance matters, such as internal and government investigations and self-disclosures to the Office of Inspector General (“OIG”), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) and the Department of Justice (“DOJ”). Kaitlin drafts compliance policies and procedures, and advises clients on high-risk areas such as medical necessity, documentation, coding and billing and potential whistleblower matters.
Kaitlin also counsels clients in the clinical trial space regarding reimbursement compliance. She uses her knowledge in the reimbursement and compliance space to assist with health system mergers, acquisitions and other related transactions.
