About Kelsey
Kelsey Linzell Bauer is a health care litigation attorney who represents hospitals and health systems in complex commercial and regulatory disputes.
She brings a public health perspective to her practice, drawing on her work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention where she worked with a tribal public health department and focused on accreditation and workforce improvement.
Kelsey’s practice includes:
- Representing hospitals and health systems in commercial disputes;
- Supporting providers in government investigations and False Claims Act matters;
- Handling reimbursement appeals and related litigation; and
- Addressing regulatory disputes that affect health care operations.
