About Kip
Kip Coljohn concentrates his practice on employment-based immigration, helping health care organizations secure and retain foreign professionals. He handles a wide range of immigration matters, including H-1B petitions for skilled workers, J-1 waivers for physicians with 212(e) home residency requirements and TN visa applications for Canadian and Mexican nationals. Kip also assists clients in obtaining permanent residency for their workforce through EB-1, EB-2, Schedule A and National Interest Waiver filings.
In his free time, Kip enjoys studying geography, cheering on Ohio sports, going to the gym and traveling.
