About Elizabeth
Libby Park practices with the firm’s Health Transactions practice group and provides general transactional support to clients. Libby specializes in land use, real estate, and real property matters.
Libby provides counsel to large national health care systems as well as smaller providers within the health care industry. Libby is passionate about addressing health-related issues within communities across the United States and seeks to effect positive change by helping clients enact their business goals in such communities. Libby represents clients in connection with a variety of transactional needs, including general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of real estate assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Libby worked at a boutique law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah; served as a law clerk at the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado; and counseled clients on commercial contracting and real estate matters at a large health care company in Denver, Colorado. Libby earned her undergraduate degree from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts and her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she served as an executive editor of the Utah Law Review and participated in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and the Roger J. Traynor Moot Court Competition.
Outside of the office, Libby enjoys spending time in the mountains and pursuing a variety of alpine adventures.
