About Mark

Mark Adams, a Shareholder in the firm, serves as the Co-Managing Partner of Hall Render’s Michigan office. Mark focuses his law practice on business and transactional law, real estate, corporate law, taxation and complex commercial litigation. He represents both nonprofit and for-profit enterprises. Mark spends a significant portion of his practice time advising academic medical centers (AMCs) and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) on a variety of legal and business matters. He has a particular specialty in complex real property tax exemption matters. Mark is a frequent author and presenter for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE).
