About Matthew
Matt Decker focuses on supply chain procurement, operations and strategy. Matt has substantial experience guiding health care providers, group purchasing organizations and suppliers through the sourcing process, including contract negotiation and compliance. Matt’s experience also includes structuring discount, rebate and warranty arrangements for health care providers to comply with relevant safe harbors to the Anti-Kickback Statute.
Additionally, Matt’s practice includes business organization for health care entities. He counsels clients across the country on choice of entity questions to navigate state-specific corporate practice of medicine restrictions. Through this work, Matt is an essential partner in the formation and dissolution of businesses for health care entities. He has also successfully represented a wide variety of health care providers in corporate transactions, including providers specializing in urgent care, behavioral health and dentistry.
