Meredith Johnson-Monfort

Meredith Johnson-Monfort is a health care attorney who advises hospitals and health systems on operational and regulatory matters affecting their day-to-day operations.

Meredith works with clients on matters involving medical staff governance, credentialing and peer review. She brings a practical, operational perspective to her practice, informed by her experience as an Administrative Fellow at a vertically integrated health system. Having worked hands-on in hospital administration, she understands the day-to-day realities facing health care organizations and approaches legal and regulatory matters with those operational considerations in mind.

Meredith’s practice includes:

• Assisting health care entities with medical staff governance-related matters;
• Counseling clients on credentialing and peer review issues; and
• Assisting hospitals and health systems with licensing, certification and accreditation matters.

Meredith graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Outside of her practice, Meredith enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, playing soccer and baking sourdough.
