About Moncerrat
Moncerrat Alvarez Mora is an employment-based immigration attorney who helps employers hire and retain foreign talent through strategic immigrant and nonimmigrant visa solutions.
Moncerrat works closely with employer teams, including hospitals and other health care organizations, to navigate evolving immigration requirements and build efficient, compliant pathways from initial petition through permanent residence.
Moncerrat’s practice includes:
- Preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, O-1 and TN applications;
- Advising on J-1 waivers for physicians subject to the two-year home residency requirement; and
- Guiding employers through permanent residence pathways, including EB-1, EB-2, Schedule A and National Interest Waivers.
Active in her community, Moncerrat serves on the Executive Board of the Hispanic Lawyer’s Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Health Law Association.
