About Raminta
Raminta Kizyte is a health care attorney who advises a wide range of health care providers on complex regulatory and transactional matters, with a particular focus on value-based care, innovative payment arrangements and provider contracting. She works closely with clients to structure and implement arrangements that move beyond traditional fee-for-service reimbursement and support improved quality, patient outcomes and financial performance.
Raminta has extensive experience assisting providers, health systems and other stakeholders in designing and negotiating value-based contracts. In addition to her payment-model work, Raminta counsels clients on reimbursement issues and a variety of operational and transactional matters.
