About Regan
Regan Tankersley is a health care regulatory and reimbursement attorney who advises providers on complex compliance matters related to coverage, billing and payment policy.
Regan works closely with legal, compliance and operational leaders to address regulatory requirements that impact business strategy, new service lines and operational decision-making. Known for her collaborative and practical approach, she has extensive experience advising organizations as they navigate evolving rules governing enrollment, coverage, billing and payment.
Regan’s practice includes:
- Advising providers on Medicare coverage, reimbursement and payment policy requirements;
- Conducting compliance analyses related to provider-based status, billing practices and overpayment obligations;
- Evaluating enrollment structures and regulatory considerations for new facilities, services and business initiatives; and
- Working with government agencies and health care organizations to resolve reimbursement and payment policy issues.
Regan is a national speaker and educator on a variety of regulatory issues. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers and the Chicago Cubs.
