Robert Hicks is a real estate attorney who advises clients on complex real estate development transactions, with particular focus on matters involving post‑acute and long‑term care providers.
He has extensive experience across a broad range of real property matters and regularly works with clients on the structuring and execution of sophisticated development and transactional projects.
Robert’s practice includes:
