Song Faulkner is a health care attorney based in the firm’s Denver office, where she focuses on advising health care providers on transactional and compliance matters. She is passionate about helping clients, including hospitals and health systems, navigate the complex landscape of health care law, ensuring they remain compliant with regulations while protecting their operational integrity. Song has experience supporting clients across a broad range of transactional work, including drafting and interpreting contracts; reviewing and negotiating real estate leases, subleases and timeshare lease agreements; preparing lease amendments; assisting with term sheets; and supporting entity formation, registration and maintenance.
As part of her developing focus in the pharmaceutical and health care innovation space, Song has supported projects involving emerging treatment trends and regulatory considerations. Her work includes contributing to client guidance related to GLP-1s, reflecting her growing interest in the legal and business challenges facing this evolving sector. Song earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, being creative, spending time with her friends and family, and traveling.
