Discharge Strategies for Behavior and Failure to Pay

Involuntary discharge situations effect skilled nursing and assisted living facilities when residents, families and others are disruptive or abusive. Session will look at legal and operational aspects of these challenging events. Session will also address operational considerations, including risk and regulatory analysis as well as criminal and civil aspects. Session will also discuss the entire discharge process.
