It will provide advice on how to preempt those situations along with discussing the latest on physician on call considerations. The second part of his program will provide information on the Regional CMS office’s requirements regarding “provider-based” status and how that has impacted applications to the Indiana State Department of Health plan review process. It’s no longer as simple as just adding a location to your hospital license under these new requirements.
