Overview of Real Estate Fraud and Abuse Considerations and Other Health Care Real Estate Issues

This presentation will give a general overview of real estate fraud and abuse considerations for health care providers, as well as common pitfalls in the implementation and operation of such arrangements. We will further consider other health care real estate issues including challenges to non-profit hospitals property tax exemptions and real estate diligence issues in mergers and acquisitions.
