Over the past several years, hospitals and physicians have sought to align with one another using both traditional and more progressive models. In structuring these arrangements, counsel may typically show skill and confidence in developing and having the parties agree to such mutually beneficial models only to see the arrangements eventually fall apart due to faulty or failed implementation and/or operational efforts.
