Description: Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued blanket waivers of its post-acute regulations and interim final regulations governing health care and nursing home reporting and communications. CMS also proposed regulations to finalize several elements of Phase 3 of the Requirements of Participation.
