About Brooke
Brooke Charles is a Real Estate Paralegal in Hall Render's Milwaukee office. She provides support to the Real Estate Service Line and brings experience in health care administration, property management and real estate operations to assist with lease drafting, document review and transactional due diligence. She is known for her detail-oriented approach and ability to support both operational and client-facing initiatives.
In her previous roles, Brooke worked at a nonprofit senior living facility before obtaining her residential real estate license. She then joined a local real estate developer, where she gained experience across property management and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Business from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys cooking, staying active with Peloton workouts, exploring new coffee shops and wineries and spending time with her golden retriever, Dunkin.
