The very much anticipated final regulations for the new Shared Savings Program under Section 3022 of the Affordable Care Act are finally here. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services just made available a display copy of the final regulations. Hall Render will soon issue a complete summary and analysis of the final regulations. Our summary will look to answer your most eager questions, including qualification requirements, selected quality measures, beneficiary attribution, available payment models and threshold formulas.
