Hall Render is pleased to announce that associate attorney Thomas M. Donohoe, J.D., has rejoined the firm. Presently, Donohoe is located in Denver, Colorado where he is serving as an associate general counsel for a regional health system.
Donohoe’s practice includes advising health care providers on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, including hospital/physician joint ventures, physician practice acquisitions, physician alignment and clinical integration. He also assists health care providers in complying with the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and other fraud and abuse laws and regulations.
Donohoe graduated cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2008, receiving a J.D. with a concentration and honors in health care law.
Donohoe was admitted to the Indiana Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts in 2008 and the Colorado Bar in 2012. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the American Health Law Association.
