Hall Render is pleased to announce attorney Rene Larkin has joined the firm’s Denver office.
Larkin’s practice focuses on counseling clients on a large range of real estate matters, including commercial lease transactions, purchase and sale of real property, easement and restrictive covenants, real estate due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and development projects. In addition to traditional real estate matters, her practice focuses on the unique needs of health care real estate transactions, addressing issues concerning lease transactions, sublease agreements, timeshare agreements, acquisitions and disposition of health care and medical care facilities. She earned her undergraduate degree from Gordon College in 2006 and received her law degree, cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law in 2010.
Larkin is admitted to practice in Florida and Colorado and is a member of the American Health Law Association, Association for Corporate Growth, Colorado Bar, Florida Bar and American Bar Association.
