Hall Render is pleased to announce Thomas (Tom) Donohoe has rejoined the firm in its Denver office.
Tom Donohoe serves as a trusted advisor to health care providers on a wide range of strategic transactional, corporate governance and regulatory matters. Tom’s representative experience includes structuring and supporting various mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, value-based arrangements and health system physician alignment strategies. He has also supported, advised and re-structured health system and community hospital governance as well as provided guidance on material health care fraud and abuse and other regulatory matters.
Prior to re-joining Hall Render in 2025, Tom served in various executive legal leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Centura Health and before that as a Vice President and Deputy Chief Legal Officer at Intermountain Health. In these and other capacities, he led legal teams and guided governing boards and executives through several transformative transactions and other legal matters. With this experience, Tom is well-positioned to provide clients with practical advice and innovative solutions to the complex issues they face in an ever-evolving health care industry environment.
Tom is licensed to practice in Colorado and Montana and is a member of the American Health Law Association, serving as the Vice-Chair of Labor and Employment Practice Group. Additionally, Tom is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Montana Bar Association.
