Hall Render is pleased to announce Carla Johnson has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Carla focuses her legal practice in the area of commercial real estate. Carla has more than 15 years of experience as in-house counsel and as a private practitioner in Tennessee, Georgia and Indiana.
Carla gained significant experience in health care during her tenure at Indiana’s largest health care system, where she was the first in-house counsel exclusively supporting the system’s real estate department and later served as the Executive Director of the Corporate Real Estate Department, a business leadership role. In this latter role, Carla spearheaded the operational execution of real estate transactions, leasing, property management, tenant improvements, engineering and space planning for 17 million square feet of leased and owned assets.
Carla leverages her legal and real estate experience by serving nonprofit boards and committees, including the United Way Capital Funds Committee, and lives out her passion for the next generation by mentoring college and law students.
