Hall Render is pleased to announce that Katie Bireley has joined Hall Render’s Milwaukee office.
Katie Bireley is an attorney with more than a decade of experience advising clients on real estate and construction law matters. At Hall Render, she focuses on representing hospitals, health systems and related nonprofit entities in complex real estate transactions and property-related issues, including property tax exemption matters. She works closely with clients to ensure compliance while supporting their broader operational and financial objectives.
Katie brings a diverse background in civil litigation, in-house counsel work and real estate development. She has represented property owners, landlords, management companies, developers, commercial tenants, contractors, design professionals, nonprofit entities and municipalities throughout her career and served as Associate General Counsel for a large New York City property management and development company, where she oversaw a substantial commercial and residential portfolio. Her experience includes managing complex litigation, commercial leasing, real estate development projects, property tax matters, and zoning and land use issues.
Katie is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Wisconsin, and she is a member of the Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women (WCREW), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP-WI), the American Bar Association and the American Health Law Association.
