About Katie
Katie Bireley is a real estate attorney who advises hospitals, health systems and nonprofit organizations on complex transactions supporting health care operations.
She works collaboratively with clients to navigate acquisition, leasing and development matters while aligning legal strategy with operational and financial goals. She also provides practical, strategic guidance on complex property-related issues, including zoning, land use and compliance matters.
Katie’s practice includes:
- Advising on property development projects;
- Counseling on leasing and acquisition transactions;
- Managing real estate due diligence for M&A transactions; and
- Assisting with real property tax exemption matters.
Prior to joining Hall Render, Katie spent more than a decade working in real estate both in-house and in private practice—experience that informs her practical, business-minded approach. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and their beagle.
