Hall Render is pleased to announce that Mara Wilber has joined the Firm as an attorney.
Mara is a health care regulatory and transactional attorney who advises hospitals, health systems and other providers. She works closely with clients, including safety-net providers, to develop practical, solution-oriented strategies that support community access, financial sustainability and evolving care delivery models. Mara counsels organizations on a wide range of regulatory and transactional issues, with particular emphasis on pharmacy and 340B matters, managed care relationships and value-based care initiatives.
Before joining Hall Render, Mara served as Senior Associate General Counsel for a county hospital system in Ohio, an experience that informs her practical, in-house perspective on health care operations and regulatory challenges.
Mara is admitted to practice in Ohio and New York, and she is a member of the American Health Law Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
