Hall Render is pleased to announce that Kiera Gauthier has joined the firm as an Associate in the Denver office.
Kiera Gauthier is a health care transactional and regulatory attorney who collaborates with health care providers and organizations on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of a broad range of strategic health care transactions. Working closely with health care organizations, Kiera helps clients navigate complex regulatory requirements and structure transactions and business arrangements to advance their strategic objectives while managing legal and operational risk. She brings experience advising clients on transactions ranging from acquisitions and joint ventures to physician alignment arrangements and entity formations.
Before joining Hall Render, Kiera worked in-house for a large regional health system and in private practice representing health care providers, giving her a broad perspective on the health care industry and its legal and business challenges. Kiera is a triple Buckeye, having earned her bachelor’s degree, Master of Health Administration and Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University.
Kiera is admitted to practice in Ohio, and her Colorado practice is temporarily authorized pending admission under C.R.C.P. 205.6.
