
About Andrew
Andrew Heberling is a member of the firm’s Health Transactions practice group, where he assists clients with a broad range of transactional matters. He also counsels clients on a variety of regulatory issues, including matters related to the 340B drug discount program.
As a native of the Thumb of Michigan, Andrew holds a special affinity for assisting rural health clients in navigating the complexities of the health care regulatory landscape. His prior experience serving as in-house counsel at two health care systems gives him unique insight into providing practical assistance to each of his clients.
Andrew is a member of the American Health Law Association as well as the Health Care Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Molly, and four children, and plays drums on his church’s worship team.
