About Bradley
Brad Taormina is a health care labor attorney who advises hospitals, health systems and other health care employers on complex labor relations, workforce matters and commercial litigation.
He focuses his practice on traditional labor law, representing health care organizations nationwide in negotiations, disputes and regulatory proceedings involving unionized workforces.
Brad’s practice includes:
- Representing health care employers in collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitration proceedings;
- Advising on union organizing campaigns, representation elections and union avoidance strategies;
- Defending employers in unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and related litigation; and
- Counseling clients on labor strategy, grievance processes, strikes, picketing and other concerted activity.
Brad works closely with employers to develop practical labor strategies that address the operational realities unique to the health care industry.
