About Caulin
Caulin McGraw is a health care attorney who advises hospitals, health systems and vendors on structuring and negotiating supply chain arrangements, as well as provider and professional services arrangements, with a focus on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
She focuses on the intersection of supply chain operations and health care regulatory compliance and works closely with in‑house counsel, supply chain and operational teams to develop arrangements that mitigate risk while advancing organizational goals. Caulin regularly advises on the regulatory considerations that affect sourcing, contracting, provider alignment and distribution strategies across the health care continuum.
Caulin’s practice includes:
- Advising on supply chain arrangements and vendor contracting;
- Analyzing Anti‑Kickback Statute, Stark Law and related compliance issues;
- Negotiating purchasing, distribution, outsourcing and management services agreements;
- Supporting group purchasing organization relationships and supply chain optimization efforts;
- Counseling clients on supply chain and regulatory aspects of M&A transactions, including transition services arrangements and post-closing operational alignment; and
- Advising on physician and provider contracting arrangements, including structuring and evaluating such arrangements for compliance with applicable health care fraud and abuse laws.
Caulin draws on a background in fraud and abuse and public health to provide practical, strategic guidance grounded in real‑world operational considerations. She serves on the Board of Directors for the TriMedx Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to raising the standard of health care in underserved communities through sustainable partnerships and innovation. Outside of her practice, Caulin enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her Australian Shepherds, Fitz and Cleo.
