About Laetitia
Laetitia Cheltenham is a health care attorney who advises hospitals, health systems, clinical laboratories and other providers on strategic and operational health law matters, including managed care contracting, reimbursement and value-based care models.
A nationally certified health care provider, she brings a clinician’s perspective to complex reimbursement and patient care issues affecting health care organizations. Her practice spans a range of financial and operational matters, including managed care contracting, reimbursement strategy, value-based payment models and clinical operations.
Laetitia’s practice includes:
- Advising on managed care contracting and reimbursement matters;
- Guiding value‑based payment and care delivery models;
- Navigating licensure, certification and regulatory compliance issues; and
- Supporting providers in government investigations and clinical services matters.
Before entering private practice, Laetitia spent more than a decade working as a therapist, consultant and educator in private and governmental health care settings. She has worked within medical centers, long-term care facilities and mental health agencies, experience that informs her pragmatic, patient-centered approach to advising clients on complex health law challenges.
