About Morgan
Morgan Boyd is a health care regulatory attorney who assists health care organizations and providers with navigating complex regulatory and compliance challenges.
Clients rely on Morgan for practical, business-focused guidance on a range of health care regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse compliance, provider compensation arrangements and value-based models. She works closely with clients to assess risk, evaluate regulatory requirements and support compliant operational and strategic decision-making.
Morgan’s practice includes:
- Assisting clients with Stark Law and Anti-Kickback compliance matters;
- Supporting provider compensation analyses and fair market value considerations;
- Advising on value-based arrangements and other physician alignment strategies; and
- Helping providers identify and assess fraud and abuse risks.
Morgan is actively involved in both the legal profession and her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin State Bar Young Lawyers Division, where she helps young attorneys build professional connections and develop their careers. She also serves on the Board of Directors for NAMI Washington County, part of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, where she advocates for individuals and families affected by mental illness and helps to raise awareness around mental health.
