About Song
Song Faulkner is a health care transactional and regulatory attorney advising hospitals, health systems and physician groups on compliance, corporate governance and operational matters.
She works closely with client teams and transactional partners on acquisitions, physician employment arrangements and corporate structuring, bringing organized, detail-oriented analysis to help move complex matters forward efficiently.
Song’s practice includes:
- Conducting due diligence reviews for health care facility acquisitions, including contract abstraction, risk identification and summary reporting;
- Drafting and revising physician employment and governance documents;
- Supporting real estate transactions, including title review, zoning analysis and closing checklist preparation; and
- Analyzing regulatory compliance issues, including Stark Law considerations and corporate governance requirements.
Song regularly collaborates with in-house counsel and operational leadership to ensure legal documentation aligns with both regulatory requirements and business objectives. Outside the office, Song enjoys staying active, exploring her creative interests and traveling with friends and family.
