About Todd
Todd Nova is a health care attorney and nationally recognized leader in 340B, integrated pharmacy and care delivery matters who advises health systems, pharmacies and safety net providers across the country and internationally on optimizing pharmaceutical access, reimbursement and cost containment strategies.
He works with a broad range of care delivery stakeholders to address regulatory compliance and strategic considerations around health care delivery, pharmacy operations and reimbursement optimization, and frequently serves as a national subject matter expert for federal and state agencies and elected officials. Todd regularly speaks nationwide on 340B, pharmacy operations and integrated delivery model topics.
Todd’s practice includes:
- Advising on 340B program strategy, compliance and optimization, including issues affecting covered entities and specialty pharmacies;
- Counseling on pharmacy integration, delivery models and reimbursement opportunities;
- Guiding providers on pharmaceutical sourcing, dispensing, distribution agreements and regulatory compliance;
- Advising on telehealth and virtual care considerations intersecting with pharmacy services; and
- Providing strategic guidance to safety net and rural health providers, including federally qualified health centers, critical access hospitals and other underserved population providers.
Todd is a partner at Hall Render and serves or has served on the boards of Hall Render, Hall Render Advisory Services and the American Society for Pharmacy Law. Prior to his legal career, he worked as a systems integration consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, experience he draws upon to provide practical and analytically grounded advice to clients navigating complex pharmacy and reimbursement environments.
