About Tori
Tori Kelly advises on a range of operational and transactional matters, including acquisitions, governance and related corporate issues. She represents clients across the health care industry, including hospitals and health systems, and is developing her experience in managed care and reimbursement matters.
Before attending law school, Tori gained valuable industry experience as a Contract Specialist in the Payor Contracting Department at Providence Health & Services, where she worked with a variety of payors across Washington and Montana.
Outside of her legal practice, Tori enjoys pottery, swimming and spending time with friends and family.
