On Friday, March 8, 2013, the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) released Form 14429, Tax Exempt Bonds Voluntary Closing Agreement Program Request. The new form is required for a Tax Exempt Bonds Voluntary Closing Agreement Program (“VCAP”) submission request.
