- Kathryn Jones is situated in the firm’s Detroit office and concentrates her legal practice on employment law and litigation matters. With over a decade of experience, Kathryn partners with health care clients to offer strategic advice on how to resolve a wide range of labor and employment disputes. Kathryn graduated from Wayne State University Law School with her J.D. in 2011.
- Abby Kaericher is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and practices in the area of government relations with a focus on federal, state and local advocacy. She adeptly navigates the complex legislative and regulatory landscape, advocating for clients in a bipartisan manner and influencing policy decisions. Abby received her J.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law with a Health Law Certificate in 2017.
- Kelci Laster is based in the firm’s Indianapolis office and represents clients on a variety of transaction-related matters, such as entity creation and dissolution; mergers and acquisitions; and state filings, including charitable solicitation registrations, foreign entity registrations and state tax filings. Kelci is highly involved in contract drafting, including physician employment agreements, asset purchase agreements and professional service agreements. Kelci is a 2018 graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with a Certificate in Health Law.
- Ryan McDonald is situated in the firm’s Indianapolis office and focuses his legal practice on resolving disputes for the firm’s health care clients. Ryan honed his litigation skills defending and trying criminal cases, civil rights violations, medical malpractice cases and complex business lawsuits from inception through trial. Ryan also helps hospitals and behavioral health providers navigate Indiana’s involuntary treatment laws and appeal Medicare underpayments before the PRRB and in federal courts. Ryan received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis in 2011.
