Brian currently serves as a managing partner of Hall Render’s Denver office and recently completed his service on the Firm’s Board of Directors.
Todd Nova is recognized as a national leader in guiding providers across the country through the complexities of health care law affecting integrated health care systems, safety net providers and pharmacies of all types. As part of an emphasis that includes regulatory, reimbursement, corporate, strategy and compliance issues, Todd regularly advises health care providers regarding the coordination and optimization of third-party reimbursement, drug sourcing and delivery, licensure and certification, and related corporate structuring/restructuring options. This work includes a significant focus on the 340B drug discount program, for which Todd’s is recognized as a national leader. As a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors, Todd also plays an integral role in shaping the Firm’s strategic direction.
