Hall Render shareholder Joseph Wolfe will represent the firm internationally at the 10th European Association of Health Law (EAHL) Conference on September 10 in Uppsala, Sweden.
Joe will present “A Comparative Survey of American Health Law: Enforcement, Compensation Structures, and Emerging Compliance Risks,” providing an overview of key issues shaping the U.S. health law landscape, including the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, fraud and abuse enforcement, fair market value and commercial reasonableness, and compliance considerations related to value-based care.
Drawing on his experience representing hospitals, health systems and physician groups across the United States, Joe will also examine structural differences between U.S. and European health law frameworks and offer practical insights relevant to policymakers, academics and health care practitioners engaged in cross-border dialogue.
The presentation reflects Hall Render’s commitment to sharing its health care legal experience with audiences beyond the United States and contributing to the broader international health law conversation.
