Brian C. Betner

About Brian

Brian Betner serves as legal counsel to health care organizations in need of an experienced and practical legal perspective. He focuses his work on governance, medical staff operations, clinical integration and compliance-related matters and assists organizations with innovative alignment strategies. He most frequently works with leadership, governing boards and in-house counsel of health systems, hospitals, and other health care providers on strategic, operational and regulatory matters affecting their organizations. Brian enjoys working alongside health care organizations interested in innovation and takes pride in helping clients creatively navigate an evolving health care industry.

Brian currently serves as a board member of Hall Render and recently completed his service on the board of the National Association Medical Staff Services. Brian is a nationally known speaker on the subjects of health care law, medical staff governance, peer review and health care delivery. Brian is a proud veteran of the United States Navy. In his free time, he supports youth and college lacrosse and participates in various adventure sports.
