About Brian
Brian Jent helps hospitals, ambulatory centers, clinical laboratories and post-acute providers, including nursing facilities, home health agencies and hospice providers, with licensing and regulatory issues. He is often asked how providers can expand services under current restrictions and spends a great deal of his practice assisting clients with compliance and reimbursement issues at the local, state and federal levels.
Brian is also a conduit to CMS, state agencies and accreditation organizations for his clients. He regularly works with clients regarding provider enrollment and certification issues, specifically Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and participation requirements.
A member of the American Health Law Association, Indiana State Bar Association and the Health Care Compliance Association, Brian maintains his licensure and status as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist. Having worked in the hospital setting for more than 10 years prior to becoming an attorney, Brian understands the needs and complexities unique to health care providers and works with clients to provide practical solutions that can be implemented efficiently.
In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons traveling from one sporting event to another, playing golf and reading.
